Owned licenses receive support & updates included for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the first year, support & updates can optionally be extended for $39 per year.

Monthly licenses receive support & updates as long as the license is current.

• If upgrading, we perform a full system backup first

• Install Blesta on your server
• Set up a cron job to automate tasks
• General configuration (Settings, email SMTP)
• Install and configure 1 module (Officially released modules only)
• Configure up to 6 packages that use the module
• Install and configure 1 payment gateway
• Configure 1 order form using the packages configured
• Set up support departments and email (POP/IMAP or Piping)
