welcome email

I am trying blesta and i think its mostly for developers i tried everything with the welcome email all i get is Template parse error: i was with whmcs and the welcome email is done without fooling around for hours to try to get it done.

If you are copying anything always make sure it's not got any hidden html codes which cause H2O to go crazy. What I do is paste it into the text box and then copy and pate it into the html box. If you ask you get help it's not for developers as I am far from that.

Hi yes i was copying your welcome email and always got Template parse error :/ so i tried copying and pasting from whmcs welcome email and got the same thing.

And another problem when i'm at the home page a click on order now nothing happens i created 1 package to see but it did not work

Have you created an order form?

Yes i did create an order form but on home page when i click order still nothing happens oh yes i had to delete the .htaccess file otherwise i could not get into the admin area so its using index.php

Never mind i found it it works now  but still stuck with the welcome email

Did you do what I said mate? Copy the text from the page you got the welcome email from paste it into the text box the one which says text on it. Then copy and paste it into the html box, the one which says html on it.

That means your Mod_Rewrite is playing up.

I did what you said paste in text first then in html and i got this  Template parse error: unexpected character in filters : "$" at 81

Do you have teamviewer I could see what you are doing and help?

Blesta doesn't use {$  } so that's why it's not working H2O doesn't support it try: https://blesta.store/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/12/cpanel/14/

if it's cPanel it should work as there's nothing extra a reseller needs minus having  a link to whm.
