Are you running 4.0.1? Is there anything in the module log? Tools > Logs > Module tab. Click a row to expand and display the raw input/output.

Paul wants to know if there's any errors mate, you click the background row it should show two boxes. Also Virtualizor made the module so maybe they'll know

i cannot understand which backgroud you asking

i share cpanel details input out from tools> logs>module

but there is no log in related to  virtualizor 

when i try few month ago with version 3.x

its working fine

that's cPanel by the looks of it not Virtualizor but you found out what we meant

Virtualizor Module should really a full rewrite, in thier forums exist some thread about some issue with blesta, i can't believe the actual module was written by a team that has a big product in the market!!

we need to see the output and input of the virtualizor module logs like you did but not on a cPanel row but the Virtualizor row.

sounds like it's not calling home to your control panel.

problem in new version 4.0. its looks like bug 

few month ago 3.x version working fine with virtualizor
