Can I Add A Notice in The Client Account

Is it possible to add notices in the clients account for announcements etc.

By editing the client or plugin files (if you're adding an announcement on a support page for example) but there's no way to do this directly through the admin area.

New update has been released . fixed the date issue with php 5.6 and php 7. with new clean code rewrite .
