is there away to have digital download files? 
we sell templates that we would like to have downloaded after payment

You can make a package and then on the download manage add the zip and assign it to the package.

use the digital module here http://blesta-addons.com/plugin/store/main/item/9/ . the actual version is free . we have a pro version that is near to release this month , it has a license key generation that support multiple authority like envato or any custom one . verification system for license, opens source options for downloads with paiement or not . with a lot of new features like hooks or events .

i'm have problems with this add on
it will not let me upload or select a file

could be a PHP upload value or something.

I can't help sorry on server issues but check if the uploads folder is set-up correctly settings > system > general

ok got it to work
