If yes, what exactly is the purpose of this plugin ? ====== What is really odd is that the MAIN account holder can login, but NOT any of the sub-contacts that we created for them. I even made certain to "enable" the ability to login. I also "ticked" all the checkboxes to give them full access. But they still keep getting the following error on the login page. " You are not authorized to login at this location. " Please advise. Quote

We're working to get it in beta 5, so i'd suggest checking back once we release beta 5 to see if it's in there. Quote

Betas and full releases are always available for download in your Blesta account area. Are you using a Beta release for a live site? 0 Paul Posted March 15, 2017 Report Posted March 15, 2017 It just occurred to me that this error is displayed if a client tries to log into the wrong company. Are you using multi-company? Is the client logging in at the right URL for the company they belong to? Quote
