Have any of you guys ever heard of Zentyal? Good, Bad? The website is pretty nice looking as in features etc. I'm going to try it out on a vm, just wondering about others opinions on it.

Anything to report back?

I had a look at it. Not very closely, but I can't determine at a glance whether its an open project? commercial project? Open source with a commercial support channel?

Otherwise it looks like a great simple system for small businesses as like a backuo server. Not sure how I feel about how they cram everything in one box (web, email, ftp, dns, nfs/samba, etc. etc.)

I played with Zentyal a little while ago. It allows you to run as much as you like or as little as you like. It's focused on an office model rather than a cloud solution but does seem to be promising if you don't want to get your hands dirty understanding the different components. (It does the work for you). I personally don't really like the idea of merging everything together so I didn't use it in the end.
