Translatable Invoice Terms And Offline Payment Instructions

The invoice customization feature is wonderful! Request: Make the "terms" textarea translatable (using language feature) and show the terms to the customer in his language.

 

Also the "instructions" textarea in the manual/offline payments settings would be even more wonderful if the language feature is used. Show the instruction to the customer in his language.

Do you think the ability to enter a language definition in the terms field, which will pull from the custom language file is the way to go? Or, allow it to be entered in each language as with email templates?
