At first we created a Captcha as a NON-subdomain, and the result was a " fail " .

So then we created a Captcha for a SUB-domain, and the Captcha box successfully appeared.

The issue we are having is that when we submit our Registration form, the Captcha now gives an error at the top of the page that says, "The captcha entered was invalid. Please try again" .

Why is this happening ?

FYI -

This Captcha is ONLY requiring that we tick the checkbox.

It does NOT ask us to select any pattern or types of images to verify we are human .

because recaptcha v2 isn't ready yet for v3.6.2 it will be available in v4 though.

It's shipped with V4 there's no need to download it.

It's under development and a part of v4.0. It's not a part of any other Blesta version.

v2.0 Captcha was released in v4.0 b1 so you can find it in all of the beta versions of 4.0
