Multicraft Module: Does not use dedicated IPs

Hi,

Don't know all that I should mention here.

I have Blesta 3.6.2

All my Multicraft is up to date.

Whenever Blesta makes a new server, It makes the IP address 0.0.0.0:Whateverportisnext instead of one of the dedicated IP's I have set in the settings.

This, and my internal FTP client for multicraft, are the only things keeping me from launching my small hosting business, and if I don't launch soon I won't be able to get enough customers before I have to renew my servers, and I'm broke.

What should I do? Thanks!

Does it assign the correct IP if you don't use a dedicated IP (Or does it use 0.0.0.0 also)? Did you configure multicraft per https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft#Multicraft-SettingtheServerIP ? What does this screen look like to you? https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft?preview=/3833872/3899409/3.png#Multicraft-CreatingaConfigurableOption (Not including Basic Settings, just Dedicated IP Addresses?) Also, are you using a config option dedicated_ip for dedicated IPS per the docs (Under Configurable Options Overview)

In order to sell a dedicated IP, you need to create a configurable option for it. Packages > Options. Take a look at the doc page I linked, hopefully that makes sense. (Here https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft?preview=/3833872/3899409/3.png#Multicraft-CreatingaConfigurableOption)

So, I don't think it's even trying to use a dedicated IP. It's trying to use a shared IP, and that is not configured properly on your Multicraft master server. See https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft#Multicraft-SettingtheServerIP on how to set that.

I'm still checking shared IP

I added the option for dedicated IP. I was able to select it when ordering a new server, but it was still unsuccessful.

UPDATE: It's no longer assigning 0.0.0.0 but it is still not assigning the correct port. It does set the Dedicated ip to being "used" in the daemon settings.

Multicraft does not automatically assign the 25565 port number to dedicated IPs. So, we have updated the module for 4.0 to allow the port to be specified when adding dedicated IPs to the module.

When you ordered the dedicated IP, did it assign the shared IP instead? Is the IP address available to the server, and the daemon ID correct?

It may make sense to test on the latest beta.
