0 TDBilling Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 Took out a bunch of commas (seems a bit foolish if commas dont work in descriptions) and the error is now the same with the exception of the end number. We are not at 473 Quote

0 TDBilling Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 basic product description. It is not a hosting product. I am using some of the tags in the welcome email. The description does have bullet points, !, ?, @, and commas. Quote
0 TDBilling Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 Left the welcome email blank and the product created without any issue. Quote
0 Paul Posted November 16, 2016 Report Posted November 16, 2016 You have a bad tag or conditional in the Welcome Email section. Make sure any tags you use are accepted. You may test by removing all tags, and slowly adding them back if you aren't sure. Michael 1 Quote
