Within the email templates we have assigned the signatures we created at ... Settings--> Company--> Emails --> Email templates --> Plugin Emails --> Ticket Received --> Siganture And then we "Enable" it by ticking the checkbox. =================== FYI - When we created our signature we had to save in "Text" format and not "HTML" format. These issues work just fine in a clean install and we use them all on a daily basis. Quote
