Fresh Install 'Undefined variable: e'

Hello,

I'm attempting to do a fresh install on my testing environment with PHP7 however during the installation process I get the error ' Undefined variable: e '. Reviewing the requirements my setup does indeed meet them, however not too sure what the issue is. I've replaced the required hotfix files for PHP7.

PHP 7 isn't supported yet until Beta 3

This is Beta 3 . Been keeping my eyes on the lookout for it and now excited to test it with a new module. 

Edit: Unless it's pushed back to Beta 4?
