Change the client navbar colour?

How do I change the client navbar to use the hex code #F39C12.

Please see the attached screenshot to know what i talking about.

Cheers for the reply but I had to go into /app/views/client/%themename%/css/main.css as there was no option in the settings on the admin panel.

I suggest creating a new stylesheet called something like overrides.css, and include that in structure.pdt at the end. This way your custom styles overwrite the originals and your overrides.css file won't be overwritten on upgrade. (You'll just have to add back the include in structure)
