Blesta error: (DirectAdmin) - Cannot create user using those settings

Hello,

 

I set my setting to automatic setup but order show in pending list so I manually try to activate it and I am getting a

error: Cannot create user using those settings

 

I am using DirectAdmin.

I didn't know there was a directadmin module already for blesta?

Yes. Its work when I use administrator account but does not work with reseller account.

I just fixed this issue. Error was occurred due lack of permission and xfs_quota issue.

 

I remove one of script which was included in DirectAdmin and now I can create domain under reseller account.

 

If anyone receive similar error then they can debug this by creating a reseller account with unlimited resource and then login to your newly created reseller account and try to create a account. It will show full error like "limited pop account", "quota error", etc.
