Blesta 4.0.0 ships with Bootstrap v3.1.1, the latest is currently Bootstrap v3.3.7

the same here .... in my blesta system i have Bootstrap and font amesone as a vendor , that way i update just the files in vendors folder rather than update any plugin or theme use it .

also i'm surprised that the admin area use a lot of bootstrap look but is not bootstrap library. is there a technical obstacle that prevent from using bootstrap in the admin area ? or use any other framework like http://semantic-ui.com/ .

We are using certain elements from Bootstrap in the admin area in v4, like Buttons, columns, and some other things. Converting the admin area fully to Bootstrap would be a huge endeavor, so we are doing so gradually where it makes sense.

The new admin login form, and installation/upgrade is all Bootstrap. :blesta:
