improvement Company / System settings option.

I miss the 3.x.x subnav options for switching from Company settings to System settings without having to the top to click Settings again. Just me being petty but it made life easier (I think).

I couldn't watch the video, because flash. But the question is, where should a Company/System settings options appear? The best place I can think of (because it's not going where it was in 3.x) is to put it right above the left navigation for settings. Perhaps a Bootstrap button or button group that spans the width of that area.

I think that's the most logical place for it as well.  Probably way to much work for not enough gain...but implementing it as tabs for the navigation menu might be neat...tab for Company, tab for System.

That'll probably work best, I've commented on the task.  We'll see how that looks.
