PacifistRiot Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 Connecting to cpanel with a reseller user fails with "A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, User Name, and Remote Key are correct." when trying to setup the module. Connecting works fine with the root user.
Blesta Addons Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 I have already reported this issue already , now I think is confirmed as bug Michael 1
Paul Posted August 16, 2013 Report Posted August 16, 2013 This is assigned to CORE-669, and we will be investigating shortly. We have not yet confirmed the bug, but enough people have reported it. Blesta Addons and Michael 2
Blesta Addons Posted August 16, 2013 Report Posted August 16, 2013 Just one tip Paul , when the module is configured with resseler account , the resseler should not have the option to create a sub-resseller account .(cpanel not supporting sub-resellers) , this should be done with a third party addon .

Tyson Posted August 21, 2013 Report Posted August 21, 2013 This is fixed in CORE-669 for v3.0.1. Just one tip Paul , when the module is configured with resseler account , the resseler should not have the option to create a sub-resseller account .(cpanel not supporting sub-resellers) , this should be done with a third party addon . This has also been added to it. Michael 1
