SSy Posted July 14, 2016 Report Posted July 14, 2016 From logs: "Sorry, the password you selected cannot be used because it is too weak and would be too easy to guess. Please select a password with strength rating of 65 or higher." How do I prevent this issue from happening? Quote

0 Rocketz Posted July 14, 2016 Report Posted July 14, 2016 That's a setting in WHM you can toggle on or off. It's under "password strength configuration" If you don't want to turn it off, you'll probably need to provide random passwords to your customers rather than letting them choose their own. 0 SSy Posted July 14, 2016 Author Report Posted July 14, 2016 Yeah I changed the setting in WHM. Weird bugs as soon as we go live. Quote
0 Michael Posted July 14, 2016 Report Posted July 14, 2016 You should have kept that on in my opinion, since all you need is a number as a symbol to make it pass the 65 limit. Otherwise you will be moaned at when they are hacked. ademe 1 Quote
0 SSy Posted July 14, 2016 Author Report Posted July 14, 2016 No thanks - I'd rather the automated billing software I'm paying for actually work in an automated fashion. Quote
0 Michael Posted July 14, 2016 Report Posted July 14, 2016 No thanks - I'd rather the automated billing software I'm paying for actually work in an automated fashion. It is automatic if 1. you have the plugin enabled. If it was fully automatic and you wanted to allow a client time to pay an invoice it would be cancelled and you would be moaning here again. But this time because Blesta was removing services you was allowing a client time to pay. You can't win. Really makes me wonder if you run a business or a lazy let it do everything for me business. No manual labour required. Quote
