I'm getting tons of "test signups" from totally fake adresses. Any way i can enable email confirmation?

There no way to do this yet, but you can use CubeData's fraud record we use it and it checks the IP if they are legit, if they are using a VPN / Proxy they get blocked and you can also white and blacklist IPs. We used it because we got a kid flooding our system.
