It seems someone has opened a ticket with a fake email address,  meaning you are getting a failed delivery, another email goes out by Blesta saying a reply has been received and then another failed message comes.

Will this be fixed in the New Blesta 4.1 ? Why does it run every 5 minutes

It's nothing wrong with Blesta, it's the bounce emails set on the server aren't going to a blackhole but going to your inbox which is being piped like a normal email. If your using IMAP / SMTP the emails run with the cron job.

I am running pop. How does one stop the notices ?

Either just close them manually, so it doesn't send another one with a reply. Or set-up bounce emails on the server to go to Blackhole.

looks like the ip has been blacklisted again very quickly without any spam. mmm.. should I get another ip ? same thing will occur.

where is the IP blacklisted and who is your host?

The ip is listed on a website. And my ip is in the USA. The main thing is the emails are bouncing again... very annoying specially when trying to send via the admin area to the client.

not every host checks certain websites it's normally spamhaus, and you didn't tell me your host, there's a few known hosts for sending spam and causes their whole range to be blacklisted.

cPanel may automatically do this, or you may need to manually.. add the hashbang for PHP to the top of your pipe.php file. Your path to PHP may be different than below, /usr/local/bin/php, or..?

#!/usr/bin/php
