Hi

 

It would be great if we could access JIRA to follow issues. I'm not sure how feasible this is but it would be useful.

 

There are some issues (such as Stripe JS support) which we require before switching plus other "nice to haves". It would be much easier if we could subscribe to updates on these so we know as soon as Blesta is ready for us.

Yeah unfortunately in order to subscribe to a task you would need a user. Guest access I don't believe would be sufficient. It would be nice if Jira implemented a different class of user and didn't charge for those types of users, or at least charged a lot less.
