0 Michael Posted May 5, 2016 Report Posted May 5, 2016 Sounds like a host issue: https://vanillaforums.org/discussion/28511/solved-help-suddenly-get-php-network-getaddresses-getaddrinfo-failed-no-such-host-is-known Quote
0 Tyson Posted May 5, 2016 Report Posted May 5, 2016 Did the installation complete successfully? Do you have tables in the database? Was a Blesta configuration file created? (you can find it under /config/blesta.php) If the Blesta configuration file was created, does it contain the database information you entered during installation? e.g., at the top of the config file: Configure::set("Blesta.database_info", array( 'driver' => "mysql", 'host' => "localhost", //'port' => "8889", 'database' => "MYDATABASE", 'user' => "MYUSERNAME", 'pass' => "MYPASSWORD", 'persistent' => false, 'charset_query' => "SET NAMES 'utf8'", 'options' => array() ) ); Quote
0 seand Posted May 6, 2016 Author Report Posted May 6, 2016 Hi Tyson, Thanks for your comment. Problem solved. Somehow the application failed to set the DB detail in the /config/blesta.php file even after setting 755 permission. I manually put the DB detail in the file, now is working Michael 1 Quote
