0 Tyson Posted April 8, 2016 Report Posted April 8, 2016 I've never seen that error before, but it looks like something internal to the H2o library. It might be that H2o is not being used properly. If this occurs with the default Support Manager, and you can consistently duplicate it, could you send over the details of the ticket and ticket replies so I can see if I can duplicate it too? Quote

0 Tyson Posted September 14, 2016 Report Posted September 14, 2016 Haven't tested it yet, but does it always occur, or only for some tickets? Does the content of the reply make a difference? Does the reply contain any tags? Does it use the tag keyword braces at all (i.e., "{" or "}")? Quote
0 Blesta Addons Posted September 15, 2016 Author Report Posted September 15, 2016 As i explained before ... if error reporting enabled , any reply new ticket will return error . Just a simple text entered. Note also even the error appear the ticket well updated in database . Quote
0 Michael Posted September 15, 2016 Report Posted September 15, 2016 No issues with -1 on for me minus my shitty coding on the current layout. http://screencast.com/t/7yUhQouT8B Quote
0 PauloV Posted September 15, 2016 Report Posted September 15, 2016 Hello naja7host and Tyson I always had problems since Blesta 3.0, wen importing emails in "PIPE", tickets wen error reporting is -1 I have ignored this error for some time because I have tried to trace and I think the problem is on UTF8/ACII character conversion Regards, PV Quote
