jmf421 Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Every time I submit a response to a ticket, the customer get's that response twice. They both come through immediately. I have tried using PHP mail and am now using SMTP, both have the same result. Anyone know what might be causing this? Quote
0 Michael Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Never heard or had this happen to me so I can't say but are you double clicking the send button when you are making a reply? Quote
0 jmf421 Posted February 3, 2016 Author Report Posted February 3, 2016 No, I am only clicking once. Quote
0 evolvewh Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Do you have multiple contacts under one client that is setup to receive responses? I don't like this feature either because I only want to respond to the person at a given company that sent the email. I forgot what the response was but Blesta had different reasoning for this. Quote
0 jmf421 Posted February 3, 2016 Author Report Posted February 3, 2016 I just have one contact and when I check the emails they are exactly the same, the body of the email and the "to:" address. It's even happening for automated emails like invoice reminders. Quote

0 jmf421 Posted February 3, 2016 Author Report Posted February 3, 2016 No I setup my new hosting and installed Blesta on that server. I double checked and there is only one cron setup. Quote
0 Paul Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Does Blesta's mail log show 2 emails going out to the customer? See Tools > Logs > Email tab. The email address of the customer isn't the same email address for any staff is it? Quote
0 jmf421 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Report Posted February 4, 2016 Interesting, no the log just has a single entry for the emails that are going out. Quote
0 jmf421 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Report Posted February 4, 2016 If it is an old server that may have had Blesta or the cron installed and I have since canceled my account. Is it possible this is still having an effect? Quote
0 Paul Posted February 4, 2016 Report Posted February 4, 2016 If it is an old server that may have had Blesta or the cron installed and I have since canceled my account. Is it possible this is still having an effect? If you have an old server with cron running, yes, it will chug along like normal even if the license is invalid. You will want to kill that cron, and preferably delete the old installation. Michael 1 Quote
