kikloo Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 Hi, What pad exchange rate means ? I have set to 3% and I think blesta is reducing the price instead of increasing. I don't understand. Should i set to 0 or 5 ??? Please clarify. My default currency is INR and other is USD. Thanks. Quote
0 Michael Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 Closest to the value. I believe the higher the padding the closer it will be to a round number. See: http://ux.stackexchange.com/questions/60522/what-is-best-practice-for-currency-padding-rounding-when-entering-values-in-a-te Quote
0 Tyson Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 Padding the exchange rate increases the rate value by that set percentage over the current exchange rate received from the exchange rate processor. If you think the value is wrong, can you provide the exchange rates you're seeing? Whether you should set it to 0 or 5, or some other value, is entirely up to you. Setting the pad value to 0 would not modify the exchange rate at all. Michael 1 Quote
0 kikloo Posted December 18, 2015 Author Report Posted December 18, 2015 Hi, When I changed it to 0 then it started showing correct prices, I guess the more you pad the less it gets. Thanks. Quote
