I setup Imap email handling, but for some reason mails not are transferred to tickets. I checked that mailparse is installed. # php -i | grep mailparse mailparse mailparse support => enabled mailparse.def_charset => us-ascii => us-ascii Any suggestion? Thanks Rgds, Eduardo Quote
