[Multicraft] Name Issue

When you are creating a package and you set the default name and keep the "Owner Can Set Name" unchecked the server can't be ordered.

If you check the box, the orders go through fine. The error you get when it's unchecked is "Set name".

That might be something we can fix. Note that it does not occur when setting up a server in the admin UI, but from the order form instead. The error I receive is "Please set a name for the server."

This issue is fixed for v1.3.1+ of the Multicraft module (included in v4.0.0 of Blesta) apart of CORE-1967.
