It will say "Open (1)" but there will be no tickets in the list. The ticket item in the database has been created, but the initial reply/message has not. On 3.6.
Paul Posted November 3, 2015 Report Posted November 3, 2015 I believe the ticket is not shown because no reply was created. Either tickets with no replies should be displayed, or a sort of "No content" reply should be created if no content exists. CORE-1877 Michael 1
