0 Tyson Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 Are you using xCache? If so, try disabling it. A couple other threads (here and here) report an identical issue when using xCache. Michael 1 Quote
0 Michael Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 Sounds like you are missing a file or haven't upgraded probably (admin/upgrade/). Quote
0 hyperjohn Posted October 22, 2015 Author Report Posted October 22, 2015 Sounds like you are missing a file or haven't upgraded probably (admin/upgrade/). I doubt it. I did a clean install this morning after buying the license as I changed the server too. Softaculous didn't work as usual (why am I paying for it again ? ), so I downloaded 3.6 and uploaded using filezilla. Just to be sure, I uploaded the plugin again with same result. Error still persists. Also, the file support_manager_kb_controller.php is there. I'm attaching my filezilla remote site view. Quote

Would you like me to come on your team viewer if you have it so I can have a look with you and try and find the cause? Quote
0 Michael Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 Sorry I couldn't fix it with you mate, we tried the support_manager files we use at LC and still got that error so I believe it's cPanel myself but the guys will be able to help you if they can shortly. Quote

I changed the PHP version from 5.4 to 5.5 and was able to turn off xcache (thankyou cloudlinux) Everything is working now. Paul and Michael 2 Quote
