Order Options Doesn't Show Up

Hi,

I have problems with additional order options.

I created a Package Option Group, and add packages which i want to it:

Then i created option, and assigned it to group:

Also in package added:

 

And result... Can't see that options when ordering:

 

Did i miss something/do smth wrong?

The only issue I can see, is the config options are USD and the package you are ordering is EUR, have you enabled the currency converting for customers?

 

Settings > Currencies > Currency set-up:

 

 

PS: Package prices must be in USD too, or swap them both to EUR.

The cause for the missing config options is as Licensecart mentioned--because of the currencies. You can set 1 month term EUR pricing on the config options, or uncheck the setting "Use Package Pricing for New Services Only" so the system can perform currency conversion instead. Everything that is ordered has to be in the same currency.
