jjsararas Posted September 24, 2015 Report Posted September 24, 2015 I had a monthly client now request to pay quarterly. I tried to add a quarterly price by adding this in the Service: http://screencast.com/t/rfcv2eLIkrj8 When I hit save I got this error: http://screencast.com/t/KH11xW2JuA Not sure what I have done wrong? 0 Paul Posted September 24, 2015 Report Posted September 24, 2015 Sounds like the term field is coming through empty for some reason. Did you try reloading the page and trying again? Have you run all upgrades via /admin/upgrade? Michael 1 Quote
0 jjsararas Posted September 24, 2015 Author Report Posted September 24, 2015 The change actually seemed to take despite the error - when I reloaded it was there, and I can hit Update Package now without error. Re: upgrade, I realize I'm still running 3.4.1! Thought the hosting company was updating. I'll go do that now. Thanks again! Michael 1 Quote
0 Tyson Posted September 24, 2015 Report Posted September 24, 2015 You were probably experiencing this bug, so it would be best to upgrade Blesta. ariq01 and Michael 2 Quote
0 jjsararas Posted September 30, 2015 Author Report Posted September 30, 2015 Tyson: That is *exactly* what I did! So can I ask a newbie question on how to upgrade? I went to Settings/System/Upgrade Options and it says 'Upgrade options are not available at this time.' My Blesta license is issued through WebHostingBuzz Reseller hosting. Do I need to contact their support to upgrade my instance? Quote
0 jjsararas Posted September 30, 2015 Author Report Posted September 30, 2015 nm i finally found it in the manual https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Upgrading+Blesta cheers guys you're all awesome Michael 1 Quote
0 Tyson Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Glad you were able to find it in the docs. Upgrading is also described in the README file that comes with Blesta. To reiterate for anyone else--after uploading your files to your Blesta installation, go to your Blesta installation in your browser at /admin/upgrade/, and follow the steps shown on that page (essentially, click a button).
