My client have pending service then i click on manage --> activate page loading about 30 seconds then show up this: Then in plesk everything is ok, new user and website are created properly but in Blesta service still have pending status, Please help. 0 Blesta Addons Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 the fix, is to install blesta in a plesk server that are not used to host account . because plesk after any account creation is restarting apache, and normally the blesta connexion will be reset . Quote
