Hi everyone, 

 

I just got the billing system,And I am wondering if there is a document that someone could post that show's how to bind my plans with the website,and also how to put on my site for people to submit tickets with out having to sign in and all that jazz

I can figure out the plans and what not,But for the support how do I put that in my cpanel index ? Becouse when i type that in my url behind my domain it comes up with a 404 not found error 

 

it depends what's your blesta domain and I can give you the correct url.

 

Edit found it your url is:

http://www.diamondmchosting.com/blesta/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/departments/

Ok is there away to make so that a customer/client that may not have an account can place a ticket in with an account,And also how do I make it so that they can register

I believe you need a department without the tick on "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets"

Oh ok that worked,And just one more thing, Can you tell me how I can let customer register first before they order something or is that possible? 

 

Packages > Order form > add one, select from the drop down: Client Registration. I've got a link in my signature for more step by step :)

I would also edit the portal if I was you: Settings > company > Plugins > installed > portal: Manage

And remove the thank you notice which has your admin url in it.
