Try To Remove Cron In Blesta

hi there,

 

having huge issues with blesta and cron. Found out the invoices where not being sent out.

 

Logged into admin area trying to update the cron line the cron details are incorrect and uneditable. How do I fix this ?

cron should be set in crontab in your server as the blesta button is only for manuall.

i see a lot of problme you front in blesta , and some are the basic of the basic .

i think is better to hire someone to adjust the blesta for you .

READ the documenation here: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta#InstallingBlesta-4.SetupaCronJob and if you have a specific question about cron, ask away. May you provide us more information as to the issue you are having with cron -- provider error logs maybe? Or a detailed description of the problem?

I suggest you open a support ticket with Blesta and get this resolved.

The cron command shown in Blesta is an example of what you need to use to create a cron job on your server. The command itself is read-only. e.g.

*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /path/to/blesta/index.php cron

You need to create a cron job on the web server and ensure it is running at its scheduled interval. We recommend an interval of 5 minutes. There are a lot of environments out there, so we can't be more specific without knowing more about where you have Blesta installed. If you have a cPanel account, for example, setting up a cron job is pretty simple through the interface via the "Cron Jobs" section.

 

Until that is resolved, you should run the cron manually (at least once a day) to ensure invoices are created daily.
