Is this field used to save the service related to the ticket like whmcs? Does this plugin have a selection of related services when user open ticket? If not,Can I use this field to save related services ID? Quote

Since his plugin is based on the Support Manager included with Blesta, I can say that the service ID field for tickets is intended for use in relating the ticket to a service that would be the topic of the ticket's conversation.
