Hello All,

Had an issue with this since I started using Blesta which I'm please to say had been relatively plain sailing apart from this which I just can't seem to get around.

I've added all the details to the module for my Plesk server. I've confirmed I have access the API but just can't get it to work. Checked all the setting a couple of dozen time - there not that many.

I've included a screenshot of what happens when I try to added a package on the plesk server the package available is empty - it takes close to a minute to actually load then there are no packages listed (there should be 3, one created while I was testing this yesterday). The log show the request going out but failing when the response comes back as just the server IP address. It must be getting to the server as if I set the wrong password it will come back with an authentication error. I've seen similar issues on the forum but nothing exactly the same and have run out of things to try - I can break it some more such as setting the wrong password but can't actually make it work. If anyone can make sense of the log file and point me in the right direction as to what could be wrong I'd really appreciated.

Cheers,

Lee

Sorry Michael,

Already done that, if I select another module eg cpanel or enom works fine but plesk there's a long wait for the next bit to load then just the one server (I only have one running windows) and then no packages (or services plans as Blesta calls them).

Based on the module logs you included, Blesta is not receiving a response from Plesk, or the response is blank.

It could be..

  1. Invalid Plesk credentials set in Blesta
  2. The libxml/simplexml extension is not available to PHP on your server, so Plesk's response could not be parsed
  3. The Plesk API is not setup through your account to allow communication with Blesta, or it may be blocked at a firewall

I would guess #2.
