Squidix Web Hosting Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Very much self explanatory. Quote
Michael Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Not that I can see the first post, but you can do that already in Blesta... See video: http://screencast.com/t/ZPFN3zB4u4 put this in the email template for "Ticket Received" {ticket.summary} Quote
Paul Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 So the question really is, should we include the {ticket.summary} tag in the subject line for new installations of Blesta? If so, what would you consider the most appropriate placement? Give me some example subjects! EDIT: Mike, I had to use IE to view that video now that I've got flash disabled in Chrome and FF.. so many exploits, hopefully they will start using an HTML5 player. Michael 1 Quote
Blesta Addons Posted July 15, 2015 Report Posted July 15, 2015 Something Like : Ticket [XQSMSKQ456] - New : Cpanel is not working... Ticket [XQSMSKQ456] - Update : Cpanel is not working... Ticket [XQSMSKQ456] - Close : Cpanel is not working... Ticket New [XQSMSKQ456] : Cpanel is not working... Ticket Updated [XQSMSKQ456] : Cpanel is not working... Ticket Closed [XQSMSKQ456] : Cpanel is not working... kikloo 1 Quote

I'd say [Ticket ID: number] SUBJECT -hash- kikloo 1 Quote
Fantasma Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 Ticket Update - {ticket.summary} - {ticket_hash_code} This is what I have it set to now -- with the "From Name" being "#Company# Support" EidolonHost, Michael and Blesta Addons 3 Quote
