Remove Configurable Option

Hi all, is it possible for a client to remove the configurable option? Thanks

Config options require upgrades/downgrades of a service, yes, as they may affect pricing.

They can downgrade to remove a configurable option.

Yep, you just need to make sure that an option exists for none in your config option if you want that to be an option. For example:

 

-- No extra IPs --

1 IP

2 IPs

3 IPs

4 IPs

5 IPs

So there is no way to remove the option from the existing service unless via upgrade or downgrade, isn't it? Thanks
