0 Tyson Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Yes, make sure you are viewing the plugins from the [settings] -> [Plugins] -> [installed] page, not [settings] -> [Plugins] -> [Available]. Quote
0 skillednerd Posted June 4, 2015 Author Report Posted June 4, 2015 Well then the support manager if its installed isn't there at all no support options. I had to reinstall the server for solusvm and change my vps with install so its a new one. Earlier it worked fine. I am going to reinstall cpanel again cause it kept freezing I think it messed something up. If it was installed isn't there uninstall button? Quote

If you've installed the support manager go to Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups > Admin > edit > check all for support and then F5. Quote
0 Tyson Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 [settings] -> [Plugins] -> [Available] lists all plugins in the system. Those that are grayed out are already installed. [settings] -> [Plugins] -> [installed] lists all plugins that are installed. If you install one and don't see it in the list, then something is not working properly. Quote
