Developer License For Localhost

Question

Posted

I'm a developer and I am interested in Blesta's API more than anything else. I would like to evaluate Blesta on my system, accessing Blesta through the hostname localhost (or 127.0.0.1 for SSL).

Blesta won't issue me a 30-day trial for localhost because it has already been issued.

May I either ( a ) have a developer license or ( b ) ask that you consider disabling the licensing module when the system is accessed from a local machine only?

I did read in another somewhat-old thread that you only issue developer licenses to people with (pricey) owned licenses, and not even on monthly licenses. Is this true? If so, is it possible to evaluate the API any other way on a local box without making a big investment first?

Thanks.

I sent you a PM with a trial license you can use on your local machine. You will need Internet access to activate the license.

If you need a license for dev purposes after 30 days, email sales.
