Website Doesn't Exist For Domain.com

I am using LogicBoxes module for controlling domain. Now, I have a customer who registered a domain already. She just pushed her domain from another reseller to my account, and I need to add her domain to Blesta.

 

Because her old vendor and I are under the same registrar, so transferring is not an option.

However, when I tried to add domain in Blesta, an error shows up: Website doesn't exist for xxxxxx.com

 

My question is how to add an existing domain into Blesta?

That's correct. I made a mistake with her account. It's working now.

Are you using the non "use module" to add it? Un-ticking the box.

I did uncheck the box "Provision using the LogicBoxes module" already. If keep that box, the error will be "Domain xxxxxx.com is already registered".

Is her domain under your account now?

 

The module attempts to either create the account (if it doesn't exist), or fetch the "order-id" (if it is under your LogicBoxes account) for Blesta. It sounds like neither can be done because the user's domain account does exist, but not under your LogicBoxes account.

I'm having the same issue, I want to add a domain that's already registered but I don't need to link it with any registrar, just to keep a tab of when it needs to renew etc, and I get this message "Website doesn't exist for..."
