0 Michael Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 have you enabled that before you imported over? Quote
0 WebHostCentral UK - Dean Posted February 11, 2015 Author Report Posted February 11, 2015 ...... Nope! Quote
0 Michael Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 ...... Nope! That might be why mate, you need that before you import, and it will import the passwords and after the client re-logs in it will change the password hash to the Blesta secure one. I could be wrong and Paul can say but I believe you have to do it before you import. Quote

0 Paul Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 It doesn't matter if you make the change to the config before or after importing. What version of WHMCS were you running, exactly? I wonder if they made some more changes. I know they updated their admin passwords to use bcrypt and sha256-hmac depending on the version of PHP in 5.3.9. Perhaps they did the same with clients?
