New Order Not Showing

Hello,

 

I have a client with 2 VPS services, they show up fine. Client ordered another VPS service, paid the invoice, but there are no signs of the actual order anywhere? 2 services under active (that were there already), 0 under pending. How to see new orders? I don't really get it.

Is the order form set to Manually approve orders?

If so check the Billing tab, click manage widgets and add the order widget, then check the box and click approve.
