Cradle Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 think im finally ready to pull the trigger but before i do id like some feedback on the whmcs importer, is there anything broken about it at the moment or should everything import without issues like packages, passwords, usernames and domains? 0 Michael Posted January 25, 2015 Report Posted January 25, 2015 It should work fine mate, make sure you take a backup of the mysql database before you start, and do these: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/WHMCS+5.2 the MD5 bit so your clients can log in and then after your clients log in it's then converted to the new Blesta hash. 0 Max Posted January 25, 2015 Report Posted January 25, 2015 As long as all the modules you have are standard WHMCS modules, for which a standard Blesta counterpart exists, you should be fine. You may run into problems if you have third-party modules though. They get converted to "universal module" packages, and you cannot change them to a more proper module afterwards without messing in the database. Michael 1 Quote
0 Doctrine Posted January 25, 2015 Report Posted January 25, 2015 Well i did the same. So should work everything.. except the domains. So the domains cannot be imported.. sorry Quote
0 Paul Battaglia Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Any reason why the domains can't be imported if the module is present within Blesta? Quote
0 Michael Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Any reason why the domains can't be imported if the module is present within Blesta? Depends if you have the module importer stuff in Blesta, if the Importer doesn't know it's there it can't import it to the database table. Quote
