Unable To Login After Restore

Hi there,

 

I was forced to restore my installation from the automated mysql dumps. I downloaded my previous version 3.3 then imported my dump into mysql. Now when i attempt to login to the admin or client area i get the error stating the username/password combination doesn't exist. I thought maybe the "Blesta.system_key" needed to be the same as the previous installation so i managed to recover that from my previous installation but to no avail. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestion but this didn't help. Not sure if i had the wrong system key or what so what i ended up doing is just installing a fresh copy of Blesta then manually pulling SQL out of the backup dump and executed SQL queries to import the data i needed. Took longer but did what i needed. Happy new year!

Do you have a backup of your configuration file (/config/blesta.php)? That is necessary, in addition to the database backup, to restore the system.
