Billing->Overview->Manage Widgets->Order System (Still Not Activated By Default)

After installing the new 3.4, a still see that Billing->Overview->Manage Widgets->Order System  is still not activated by default, and like some of us have said, this is sometimes a problem wen manually approve orders

Should be a feature request these forums will be hidden soon and 3.4 is out of beta mate.
