Domain Registration With Universal Module

Is there a way to setup domain registration using the universal module?

1) - Concerning the "Universal Domains" module will it be hooked into a FREE WHOIS provider ?

2) - It seems Blesta Addons is using some kind of class or module called "Domain Avaibility"  that will make the WHOIS function free, but I am not certain how it is used or integrated with your module.

3) - Now that we have the "Universal Domains" module installed, exactly where will we see it on the front-end ?

Do we have to have an Account with whoisxmlapi.com/  to actually see it ?

4) - FYI - On Github ( https://github.com/NETLINK/Blesta-UniversalDomains ) you instruct us to put the "Universal Domains" module in the plugin folder.

It is supposed to go into the "modules" folder.
