Term And Price Drop Down Empty When Configure Domain

1. First i check if domain is available or not with synergy api, screenshot attached (1.png). Then i click Order Selected button

2. In second step (Configure) the Term and Price drop down is empty, anybody know why it come like this? screenshot attached (2.png).

Hope i will get help from some one.
