Zoltan Posted November 11, 2014 Report Posted November 11, 2014 I started to notice this in v3.3 but I tought it will be updated in v3.3.1. I am not sure this is a bug, but I need your help to fix this... Please take a look at the video. The dates on the Invoices are wrong and I do not know why. The package is for 1 year, the invoice was automaticly issued on 2014 nov 07. Due date 2014 nov 17. which is fine. The term should be 2015 nov 17. Could you help me with this? Thanks http://screencast.com/t/Pt79Of9o
Michael Posted November 11, 2014 Report Posted November 11, 2014 Not sure about the dates but there's a date bug on invoices (Not due dates). So the last date is known as CORE-1390, fixed in 3.3.2 and 3.4.0. But not sure if it's fully the same thing.
Tyson Posted November 11, 2014 Report Posted November 11, 2014 What dates (created, renews, last renewed) are set on the service? The issue that Licensecart mentioned is related to displaying the date incorrectly on the invoice, which may be what you're experiencing. It could show an old date range. This will be fixed in the next version, but in the meantime, you could update the invoice line item to show the correct date.
Zoltan Posted November 12, 2014 Author Report Posted November 12, 2014 I can update the line item manually, no problem there, what is more troubling is that the dates are wrong on every single newly (automatically sent to customer) made invoice. Could you tell me when will the new update will be available? Thanks.
